Welcome to Infinity Limo’s policy page. We prioritize your satisfaction and safety. Please review our rental agreement below to ensure a seamless experience with our services.

Cancellations

A deposit is mandatory for all reservations.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of service.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits

Reservations typically require a deposit ranging from $100-$200.
Special events and day charters might necessitate up to a 50% deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-shows or Late Cancellations

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full quoted rate plus all applicable fees and taxes.
If a charter is terminated for reasons other than Infinity Transportation’s actions, the entire charter amount, including all fees and taxes, will be forfeited.

Vehicle Assignments

Infinity Transportation Las Vegas LLC reserves the right to broker rides to other transportation companies.
We may reassign your ride to a vehicle that accommodates the confirmed number of passengers.
Specific vehicle requests must be made in writing during reservation and may affect previously quoted rates.

Liabilities

Infinity Transportation and its affiliates are not liable for mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, weather, or unusual traffic during charters.
The booking party is financially responsible for any damages to our vehicles during the rental period.
Alcohol consumption is only permitted for passengers above 21.
Smoking, vaping, food, and drug use are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Violations may result in ride termination without a refund.

Safety Rules

Adherence to all safety rules is mandatory. This includes no leaning against doors, no standing in unauthorized areas, and using handrails when the bus is in motion.
Customers are responsible for their accompanying passengers. Infinity Transportation is not liable for personal property damages or injuries during service.

Extensions & Hourly Rides

Overtime applies after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged time, billed in 30-minute increments.
Extensions are subject to driver availability.
Hourly rides begin and end as per the confirmation. Any changes or extensions require approval from the Infinity office.

Point to Point Transfers

These transfers involve one pickup and one drop-off location.
If no contact is made within 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, drivers will depart without a refund.

Additional Notes

No smoking, vaping, or food is allowed on the bus.
Only registered service animals are permitted on board.

Once confirmation is approved, we will use the credit card on file or send a credit card link for the deposit that will be charged to hold a reservation.

How much time is needed?

Most weddings at local chapels will take 2-3 hours of time. Transporting guests from the Las Vegas strip to the chapel plan on 30 minutes of drive time plus chapels want groups on location at least 15-30 minutes prior. Then allow time for the ceremony and driving back. If you are planning on stopping for photos after the ceremony, plan on 3-4 hours.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes, we have bar space with ice and can bring along extra coolers with extra ice on most hourly charters. We also supply cups.
